Residential Valuations
We value new and existing residential dwellings, homes under construction or renovation, multi-unit and townhouse developments, bare land.
Coastal Valuations
We undertake valuations from Whangaruru in the north to Mangawhai in the south, servicing everything in between. We also cover the West Coast including the Kaipara Harbour, Baylys Beach and surrounds.
Lifestyle and Rural Valuations
We understand rural property, with a rural qualified valuer that covers lifestyle, horticultural and grazing blocks.
